- Receive communications related to their bookings
Light does not provide medical advice or healthcare services unless explicitly stated. Healthcare services are provided by independent participating health professionals.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Update information if it changes
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise platform security
Providing inaccurate health information may affect service eligibility.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Booking availability, cancellation terms, and refund policies may vary depending on the health professional or service.
Details will be presented at the time of booking.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Information provided through the platform is general in nature and does not replace medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding diagnosis or treatment decisions.
6. Platform Availability
We aim to ensure reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Light is not responsible for clinical decisions, treatment, or outcomes provided by health professionals.
- Our liability for platform services is limited to resupplying the services or the cost of resupply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
