• Use the platform lawfully
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise platform security

Providing inaccurate health information may affect service eligibility.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking availability, cancellation terms, and refund policies may vary depending on the health professional or service.

Information provided through the platform is general in nature and does not replace medical advice.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to ensure reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Light is not responsible for clinical decisions, treatment, or outcomes provided by health professionals.
• Our liability for platform services is limited to resupplying the services or the cost of resupply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
