Medication by Injection Service

We will not administer B12 or other injections that have been purchased from outside as we have no knowledge of the external storage conditions of the medication. $15.00 is the price for administration only. The price of the medication is not included. The total cost of a B12 injection is $30.00. A prescreening questionnaire is required to be filled out before your appointment. An online questionnaire may be emailed to you after making this booking, please complete this in advance if possible.
